Return/Exchange Policy: If the product is found to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you can simply return the item within 7 days of receipt to get a replacement of the same or exchange it for a different product. All merchandise returned must be in Re-saleable Condition with original packaging. It should be noted that product cannot be exchanged if they are dirty and cannot be resold.

Please write to us at support@thefables.co within 48 hours of receiving the product along with the pictures of the defect or however the actual package is received. No claims/complaints made after 48 hours post delivery shall be entertained. Once your claim is received, reviewed and accepted on a preliminary basis by The Fables, The Fables Team shall arrange for a reverse pick-up for the same. Once the returned product(s) are received back, they will be checked. Upon satisfaction, The Fables will issue credits in the form of a coupon code or a refund to the original mode of payment. This process will take 7-10 working days (Sundays and Public Holidays not excluded) from the date of raising the return request.
